「I am struggling to write this review because we were unable to locate the hotel. We attempted to contact the hotel several times before our arrival, as requested, and got no response at all. When I called the number provided, it was not a hotel…. We tried to locate it by the address and by the directions option and there was not a hotel at that location. Hotels.com was no help. I am very disappointed with this transaction.」

「Its far from the airport it not within 2miles range its located far more than 10 miles Hotel.com should update the distance from the airport is really misleading misguiding」

「Think this hotel as the local version of Ibis. Everything worked fine and it is close to the airport. Definitely will stay again when I have a morning flight to catch.」

「No use of spa」

「Very helpful man at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was pleasant but actually ordered before and served in room. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Airport transfer reasonable price and good driver. Strange to see the other staff actually sleeping on a mattress in the lobby for some of the day. Great hotel for the price and excellent location to walk to restaurants, designer shops, village, Old fort etc. 」

「One of jeans pant and an unopened smartwatch box got missing after staying here. I wasn't aware of it later when I went home a realiz d these things missing. I don't have a proof that is happened in here during the cleaning but I can't think of anywhere this getting lost.」

「Food was okay. But the bummer is the check-in staff lying about a short circuit and asking if I can be moved to a sister lower tier hotel next door . Sheets were not clean ,though the room was spacious. Just not cool lying about the short circuit, and I was given a room only after confronting which floor the short circuit was and asking him to "show me " very crooked practice」
