Kennebunk's Golf and Beach Haven

KPort Concierge is thrilled to introduce you to this incredible Kennebunk home. Overlooking the Webhannet golf course, yet just steps from Mother's Beach and KBIA, this charming four bedroom home is the epitome of a Maine seaside chalet. It is bursting with character and history and is an iconic area home.

Built in 1917, this home is an embedded piece of the Kennebunk community. Upon entering, you'll enjoy the classic components that have been organically partnered with modern decor and amenities. The kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare lovely meals throughout your stay. Or, you can dine out at some of the renowned local establishments. There is a dining table in the kitchen or there are four counter stools located at the peninsula. Also located on the first floor is a cozy living room in the front of the home overlooking the green. A Smart TV can be found in this room for unwinding after a day on the course or exploring the tidal pools at the beach. This large living room is connected to a smaller family room that is perfect for reading a book, working on a puzzle, or playing a board game. The first floor has a full bathroom with a stand up shower and laundry as well.

On the second floor, you'll find four bedrooms with updated bedding and decor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Also on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

From this home, you'll enjoy the view of golfers on the second hole of Webhannet golf course while listening to the waves crash on nearby Mother's Beach. The home is outfitted with an outdoor shower, fire pit, large front porch, a second floor porch, and stunning landscaping. If you're looking for a classic Maine experience, look no further.

Fantastic Kennebunk Beach House - Golf Course Views

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were gathering with my 3 adult children in their 20s and 30s for my wife’s 60th birthday. The house was perfect for what we needed. We know the area well. This is a classic old school Kennebunk Beach home that has been updated without eliminating the charm of its age. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is new and very functional. Parking out back was easy. The host team was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. The view from the gorgeous front porch overlooking the second fairway at Webhannet was very fun even though the course was not yet open for the season. And the ability to use the fire pit outside was a huge plus. We all enjoyed that in the evening. We all would highly recommend this property. It’s great for anyone who loves the old school feel of Kennebunk Beach, wants fully updated amenities, but is also happier to be on a quiet one lane street set back from the beach just enough to avoid the crowds in summer.

Perfect Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was ideal with the beach at the bottom of the street and The Port (downtown) less than a 5 minute drive. Upon arrival the house was immaculate and the decor simple and charming. The open kitchen was great for entertaining and the beds and bedding extremely comfortable. The house boasts spectacular views of Webhannet Golf Course, with a large front porch for lounging. The deck off the master bedroom was the perfect spot for watching the sunrise. This was the ideal house for our family. We are already looking forward to our next trip to "Kennebunk's Golf and Beach Haven."
