「When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. Absolutely fantastic stay lovely area...

「Friendly and polite staff. Hotel located in town center with lots of shops and a variety of restaurants nearby. The on-site car park is first-come-first serve and becomes full early. Be prepared to park in off-site paid car park if you drive.」

「The hotel was beautiful and spacious. When we were there we ate both dinner and breakfast outside which was lovely, again looking over extensive grounds (although oddly the second tier of the garden below the main level was not well maintained at all) However the feel of the place was a bit chaotic and we heard a number of guests complaining about things which should have been easily remedied (tvs not right, AC not entirely working and so on) We had a lovely dinner but one of our servers made...

「Location of hotel was perfect . Walking distance to town beach across from hotel . Local bus service available down the coast . Our room was very nice . Housekeeping , cleaned well and relished daily . All staff were polite and pleasant . Breakfast was disappointing . Not displayed well . Request for poached eggs took forever each morning and were like hard boiled eggs by the time they were received . The breakfast layout just looked a mess .」
