The accommodations were perfect for our family and friends. The filet table and tiki hut were great for when we got off the boat, the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did and the house was really comfortable and well set up. Highly recommended!

Tiki paradise

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Big cabana club fan. Tiki nights under the breeze of the fan. Great storage for fishing gear. Highly recommend this rental.

More Beautiful in Person

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless and even more beautiful in person. The photos really don’t do it justice. The canal-front location was perfect, and being just steps from the beach club and pool made everything super convenient. Half of our group fished right from the private dock while the others relaxed at the beach club, all without being far from each other. It was great not having to rely on the rental car to get around.The location on Marathon Island couldn’t be more convenient. There’s a grocery store nearby, and several great restaurants within walking distance—El Molcajete for amazing Mexican, Havana Jack’s for casual American fare, and Island Fish Co just across Highway 1 for fresh seafood. That said, the kitchen in the house is very well stocked if you prefer to cook in.Renting a boat and having it docked right outside was such a unique and memorable experience. Chris was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Vacation Home

Great stay

We had a great time in the keys. We brought our boat and parked it right outside in the canal. The neighborhood has a pool and restaurants. Perfect stay!

Great space on quiet street

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on 3rd Street. The unit has a great layout and is very roomy. Everything was clean and having the laundry room on the main level is a plus. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are especially nice. The host was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions.

Very pleased!!!

The house is neat with a lot of recent upgrades. The kitchen is better equipped than any other I've rented. Dishes, pots and pans, utensils well stocked. Beds were comfortable and good quality. New master bathroom is wonderful. Great location. Better lighting, especially in the kitchen work area and fish cleaning area would be the only suggestions I could give for improvement. Otherwise, a big 5 stars!!!

Beautiful property!

The property upgrades were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, close to great restaurants. We brought our boat did some fishing and snorkeling. Short drive to Key West for a day visit. Love the property, hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Will stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful spot

Four adults and 2 children stayed very comfortably in this home on the canal. The owners were nice and informative and very quick to respond. Having the storage space for our fishing rods and bait cooler was a great asset to the trip.

Excellent stay

Chris is an outstanding host! Very responsive to every and any question we had. As for the property it couldn’t have been any better! Very comfortable for six adults with plenty of room to move around and socialize. You cannot beat the location as your only a five minute walk to the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. Overall an excellent experience and hope to return soon!

Fishing vacation

The perfect location to bring a boat and fish marathon Florida. Perfect location for either fishing inshore or offshore. The owner is very responsive to answer any questions you may have. We have nothing to complain about.

Nice place, plenty storage, and close to Cabana and restaurants.

Check in was easy, owner communicated all the details up front and stayed in touch. The place was clean and had plenty air conditioned storage (underneath main unit). The Cabana club and a couple other venues are a short walk. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Marathon. Also, neighbors on both sides were owners and very friendly. The Atlantic was about a ten minute idle away, and the scenery made it feel even shorter. Chris and Kevin have a nice place, glad they shared it with us. Thanks, Sean

Great Stay for Lobstering Week

My family and I enjoyed a great vacation in Marathon. It was perfectly located on a canal near the Cabana Club where we could enjoy the pool after a day on the boat. Thank you for providing everything we needed to be comfortable for the week!
