This unique place has a style all its own. Beautiful Island in Marathon called Key Colony Beach. Upgraded Home is a duplex on a large canal, each side has a 3/2, each with own large garage, sharing an 80 ft dock where you can dock your large boat. If you need the additional 3/2 home, please inquire (Totaling 2 homes, 6 rooms and 4 baths). Plenty of parking and one trailer per home. Canal opens to Ocean & Bay access via Vaca Cut. Member of the Cabana Club, Pool, bar & Restaurant (Havana Jack).
