Perfect Beachfront Condo!

Beatufully updated condo with amazing views and easy access to central keys. The pool area is well kept and the beach is cleaned daily. We highly recommend this condo and the communication with the rental agency is timely and helpful.

Fully stocked condo, incredible location, and even better view. We went to bed each night and woke up each morning to the sound of waves. Your balcony literally hangs over the beach and couldn't feel more private. It was the perfect setup for a family of 4.

Amazing view!

Property is in a centralized location. We went to Key West, turtle hospital, glass bottom boat and many other places that were a short drive away. There are a variety of restaurants in the area, any kind of food you coud want. It has a beautiful view of the ocean which we enjoyed on the large balcony while drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved staying here!

Paradise awaits!

From the moment you step inside you smell the fresh cleanliness of the condo that was spotless. Everything you need is there with breathtaking ocean views out of every window. The pool was warm and clean with the view of the ocean right in front of you. The lanai exceeded our expectations. The ocean water was clear and the beach was well maintained. We fished from shore and caught a variety of fish. The covered parking was also a bonus. The propane grill was very nice and was just steps away. We would absolutely recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

Respit on the ocean

A nicely appointed, and very clean, condo with awesome ocean views. October is a great time to visit the Keys, being offseason with much less travellers, and Stone Crab season opening. Key Colony Beach Club offers a nice beach to swim in the ocean. We had great views of the sunrise with a nearby park that has incredible views of the sunset. Its definitely a great place to stay; and staying in Marathon gives you a shorter, easier drive to the other keys. thesunrise and

Fantactic Trip

Beautiful, oceanfront condo, 2nd floor with elevator. Very nice pool and plenty of beach front to play. Kitchen complete with updated appliances and all of the cooking utensils one would need. Marathon has plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops. We rented a pontoon boat and went fishing a mile or two offshore. Just a wonderful trip. Marathon is about an hour or so from Key West-close enough to enjoy all that Key West has to offer but away from the crowds. Our only issue was that we wished we'd have come for two weeks instead of just one.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Salt Life Condo Thanksgiving week. The first thing we noticed is how clean the Condo is. Every surface was spotless. The views from the balcony and windows are incredible. The beach was incredible and we always found a lounge chair on the beach available and even some umbrellas. We were able to catch plenty of bait with a throw net to use for fishing right there on the beach however, the fish were not biting too much, but we managed a few. We can't wait for the Pier to be completed to fish off the Pier. The pool area was nice and refreshing. The condo does have some water floats/noodles, and a couple of coolers you can borrow. There is a regular coffee pot so bring your favorite coffee grounds ( I always like to know the coffee pot scoop). I would like to see a few more dish/drying kitchen towels as I only found one. I brought extra as I seem to run into this a lot in Rental condo's. Bath and Beach towels were plenty. Also a large kitchen cutting board would have been helpful and only 5 large forks so you tend to rewash for the next meal. But those are just minor details and suggestions for the condo owner/management company. The condo was beautiful, peaceful, clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Just Amazing.

We loved every moment of our stay at Salt Life. It was just perfection. Beyond clean and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful and simplistic inside. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you could need. The balcony and the view was incredible. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and watching the pelicans. The pool was clean. The beach was cleaned and raked daily. The iTrip team was wonderful with communication. We cannot say enough good things about this rental. We are already planning to be back!

I stayed in this condo with some friends and we were so happy that we chose this one! The condo is beautiful! Everything is new and clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of kitchenware and I loved that there was more than one beach towel per person. The beds were very comfortable too. The patio and the view were even better than pictured!! We loved having our coffee outside every morning and watching the pelicans. It was amazing! The beach is the best! We visited many beaches throughout the week, and none were nearly as nice. I will definitely return to this condo.

Perfect Salt Life

This is our second time staying and it was just as wonderful. We love everything about the unit and grounds. The balcony is superb having morning coffee and watching the pelican (we even saw dolphins and manatees) and ending the day watching the stars. Close to everything you need- attractions, stores. The unit is impeccably clean and stocked. The grounds are well maintained, beautiful, and the pool is clean. Listening to the waves and seeing the water outside of every window is just amazing. We will be back for a third time!

Senior trip

We took our daughter on her senior trip to the keys. This condo was in perfect location, literally walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The beach was cleared of the seaweed nearly every morning, except for 2 days, (we stayed 7). Being able to park underneath the condo building was a plus. The condo itself was clean & had pretty much everything you needed, including a washer/dryer, which was a HUGE plus for us. You will have to purchase some household items, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, but that was no big deal they do tell you in advance they only provide a few of these items. The community pool was great. It was cleaned nearly every morning as well. The grounds crew were always out cleaning. The condo was in close proximity to restaurants/stores just across the causeway. I've been recommending this place ever since we got there. My daughter/husband both kept saying what a great place it was. Hope to make it back one day.
