Great Family Get Away

Beautiful property with plenty of room for the nine of us. There were a few minor maintenance items but for the most part we had everything we needed to hang out and enjoy a nice long weekend together.

We really enjoyed the property and had a great family vacation. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We had 8 people and never felt crowded. Beautiful accommodations, great property, and responsive staff.Only had to make 1 call and it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Manager's Response: Thank you.. We work hard to provide timely service and it is so nice to hear that we accomplished that goal.

We loved the unit.

We loved the unit. It’s showing some wear and tear, but overall it was great. Very spacious and the location was wonderful. Take a day trip to Key West and take the Conch Train tour. Also, Islamarodo is beautiful. Eat at Sharky’s in Key Largo and Two Friends in Key West. Very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the customer service and quick check in process.

We had a great time and it was the perfect set-up for our group of 9.

We had a great time and it was the perfect set-up for our group of 9. It's a great property with lots to do in and around it. We took the glass bottom boat tour to the molasses reef. Was great. Would have liked to have done the kayaking in the mangroves but had one elderly person with us and it just didn't make sense. Everyone was great to work with. I made two calls and it was never handled - it was not a critical emergency but would have been nice to have it handled. MGR RESPONSE: Unfortunately the low water pressure issue was community-wide and unfortunately there was just nothing we could do to address it.

Guard should not leave gates for security checks.. had sign that said be back in 6 mins which is ok and I understand, but the 3-4 cars that got in line behind us were not as patient.. Not happy about dishawasher in unit not working.. Would be nice to have garbage and recycling schedule on information sheet in house.. when we arrived, both containers were completely full… Foliage in drive way is nice, but can’t walk between car and palm leaves without lifting branches… very friendly check in.

Not exactly as described.

The Oasis pool at Mariners Club is awesome and the Grotto hot tub is unique albeit quite crowded in evenings. Actually there were only two true bedrooms even though described as four. Lower level rooms rather than try bedrooms were a sitting area with a screen for privacy and an inner room with no windows. This property did not provide many provisions—I.e. 4 hangers per closet, 1 toilet paper per bathroom for eight people for 6 days. Silverware was cheap and cups were limited. Soap provided was a thin ribbon that lasted two days of handwashing and no soaps for showers. Keep in mind a management company plays host and cheaps out. You’ll have to do more thorough grocery shopping than usual even for short stays i.e purchase Dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, shower soap, paper towel, Kleenex, aluminum foil and plastic bags, etc. We would not book again due to management company involved and lack of basic staples even though paying a premium price per night.

Lovely condo, plenty of room. Two car limit was an issue for us.

Condo was nice. Pool and marina where we docked our boat were nearby, easily accessible. Did not realize that we could only have 2 cars per property. We had three and it was a hassle to find another place to store for the week. Please state that clearly in rental agreement. It might be there, but I didn’t see it. Perhaps make it BOLD print. Condo suited our family needs.

House is generally good but owner needs to repair main shower door, grill (which is really gross), main bedroom door and back patio/grill area. Mariner’s Club is well maintained.

Only suggestion would be to include more toilet paper in the condo rental! Its not terribly expensive, and supplying small things like that go a long way in customer satisfaction. We did appreciate the towels to use. A cooler to use for the duration of the stay like the towels would also be a great addition! The water pressure in the master shower was terrible.
