Quiet & Stress Free canal home with private dock

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. The dock has space for a boat up to 30’. Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and weather. Plenty of space inside and out. It's great for couples or families. Home is great for fishing (both ocean and bayside), snorkeling the waters and reefs, scuba diving, relaxing, restaurants and bars close by car or boat, sight seeing and so many other things to do. So bring your boat and if you don't have one, no worries. They have boat rentals near by. The canal is one of the deepest and nicest .You will love this home and neighborhood. Convenient and close to so many things. Black Water Sound is famous for the beautiful sunsets! You can easily view by boat or by car, you can sit and view it from land while enjoying a drink! We are located by Mile Marker 103, across from John Pennecamp, a beautiful state park with several amenities, (beach, marina, kayaking and much more).
We are only able to rent a minimum of 28 days or longer.
Still available for winter rental.

Please put the trash out in front of home on Sunday night and Wednesday night. The trash comes by on Monday and Thursday. Recycling is on Saturday.

Quiet neighboorhod,nice shaded outdoor area.home very clean.cons:grill was not usable-rusted out.no top sheets on any beds,only 4 towels for a mo. long stay..which would be ok if there was laundry access.usually find some simple basics at vrbo homes...not even salt & pepper here.overall a good value for the money.

Key Largo Bay Home

The property was updated and very nicely decorated. It is walking distance to the Lazy Lobster which is a great restaurant. There are many other restaurants within a few miles. Canal access behind the property was great and it is right next to Adams Creek which leads to the Atlantic. Carmen (home owner) was great and answered any and all questions immediately.
