Turning inside, you could have been in a room that Hemingway would have loved to sit in, with its rich, Island style, filled with Tommy Bahama inspired furniture. At every turn, you will feel that this condo was designed and decorated for you, competing with the best upscale resort in simple elegance.
This Ocean/Marina Front property will be the perfect place for you and your family. If you are looking for a private balcony with beautiful views, comfortable beds and steps away from your pool, marina, tennis courts, and man made beach, Island Breeze is a great choice. Whether you are cooking your lobsters in the gourmet kitchen, or sitting around the beautiful counter sipping Mojitos, everything is at your fingertips. With all the amenities to keep you busy, it may be hard to turn in for the day, but when you do, the bedrooms, with large, luxurious beds and bedding, will lull you to sleep. Even the shower doors are unique, showing the great attention to detail that this condo enjoys. From the master bedroom, living room, and bath, there are open Ocean and Marina views. Sorry no pets are allowed per condo rules.
With two elevators, there is no need to use stairs, and with the Pool, Marina, Man Made Beach, and tennis courts and 3 kayaks included for guest use all within steps, the Island Breeze is an excellent choice for easy access and staying in the Keys. This property is always in high demand. I am available 24/7 for any guests needs.
Within Kawama Yacht Club many guests rent golf carts. Hot Rod Golf Carts in Key Largo Rent and deliver. They can be driven within Kawama Yacht club unless they are "Street Legal" then you can take them outside the gate.

Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by three sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys. Enjoy the fishing/sunrise/sunset at the jetty, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts and a children's playground.
KEY LARGO is known for “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN" - Water Sports and Activities. It is the “DIVE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! We have the ONLY LIVING CORAL REEF IN NORTH AMERICA!
What people come down to the Keys to enjoy is:
Diving Snorkeling Swimming Fishing – Off Shore, Bottom, Bridge, Back Country or most anywhere you want to throw in a line. (Make sure you know the fishing rules).
Boating Water Skiing, Tubing, Knee Boarding, Wake Boarding… Parasailing Windsurfing Sailing Kayaking Bird and Nature watching Dive Shops Restaurants Tiki Bars Parks Camping Lobstering (In season) Shrimping (When running – usually when it’s really cold) Glass Bottom Boats – To go see the coral reefs out in the ocean. This Vacation Rental is Near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park!

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.
No more than 6 adults and 2 children at any give time on the property. If this number is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.
The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.
2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.
Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.
The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to reach.
