The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. It was clean and spacious. We had a few minor issues/requests, and Brightwild took care of everything immediately. We would definitely stay with Brightwild again.

Impeccable beauty

We enjoyed our experience so much we plan to go back for a longer stay. The home is updated with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The rooms are all spacious and clean. The community is a short drive from all the tourist attractions. Plenty of space for gathering a group that enjoys different activities. Best vacation home I’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy.

The house works very well for a family. Although I guess there is access to a community dock, it is not on the water. There were several technical glitches with appliances and the pool. The hosts were very helpful and prompt with their responses however

The host was wonderfully responsive in the months leading up to our trip, and very helpful. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Before we arrived, the host reached out and offered to pick up a grocery order from Publix for us - so nice!Any issues we experienced were minor and addressed in a timely manner. Key West was a ton of fun, even during a cold snap! Overall a wonderful stay!

Great house with a few issues

Overall, this house was great. We did have several issues- fire alarms going off for no reason, ants in the bathroom downstairs, on the pool deck and near the fire pit, noisy fans and exterior & interior doors that would not open and/or lock properly. The maintenance staff was excellent at and quick to resolve what they could. We still had to deal with ant bites and noisy fans, but everything else was resolved quickly!We loved the location, the layout, the outdoor atea and the appointments in the home. We would stay again IF the ant situation was resolved. Noisy fans are annoying but ant bites are terrible to deal with. Hopefully it’s resolved before the next guest!
