We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort.

Never had a chance to check in the reservation from Expedia never went through and even though I showed them the invoice they still had me waiting to get hold of management finally after waiting for what seemed like forever without a solution other than paying again and getting refunded from yall I just ended up canceling the reservation It was a very frustrating experience

Our room was at the rear of the hotel, maybe because we booked it through Expedia, I don't know, but certainly not the best location. I've noticed that we tend to get weird room locations if I use a booking service other than the hotel itself. It only had One elevator, not convenient to anything. The air conditioner couldn't keep up, we set it on 67 and it wasn't even that hot as this was an April visit. The hotel was older than I thought it would be for the money I spent. We were surprised by an additional Resort fee of $54 for each night upon check in. I'll now have to try to get it back from Expedia as it was included in their charge as well. Food was good in the restaurant, but they had one poor guy running around waiting on at least 10 tables. He did his best. So all in all, it was only a so so, overpriced motel/hotel.

Wilner was great picking us up and dropping back off at the airport. Front desk, and Stevo were great. Rooms pretty clean, but the floors were a little dirty to walk around barefoot. Free coffee each morning....I missed it except for the last day. Very good coffee. There was construction on my floor, and I wish they would have moved us to a different floor or area as the hallway was dirty and cluttered. The pool was nice with great bar service and a great mix of music. Warm towels available. The bartenders were great. As the hotel is very far from the Duval Street action, Luann and Bob were great with the shuttle service to downtown! I wish drop-off was at a more convenient location. We had to take a lot of Ubers that were expensive. The cocktails were a little weak. The breakfast was good, but the rest of the food for the day unimpressive. I which there were a larger selection of souvenirs. The beach across the street is not that great as an FYI...not the hotels fault. One towel per person could be brought over to the beach. Don't be surprised to pay an additional $60 per night when checking out for hotel fees.

The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!

Staying at Margaritaville in Key West had always been a bucket list item for me. I have always been a Jimmy Buffett fan and this was the icing on the cake for me. The resort was clean and well kept. The staff supportive and always ready to help. We did several of the tourist kind of things (Hemingway House, Mallory Square, etc.) but also enjoyed just sitting by the pool and sipping tropical drinks. We have every intention of staying there again. Food at the resturant was very good. Yes, we will be back. Ward and Dhyana Huffine. Piney Point, MD

We stayed at Margaritaville for the second time over the last two years. The year before I was fully ambulatory and this past year, I was not. Because of my balance issue. There were a handicap entrance and a ramp to the pool. No where else was there any handicap doors. If we went to breakfast no handicap doors, to our room, no handicap doors from the lobby to our room.

Food prices were a little bit expensive compared to surrounding areas. Some room updates are needed. Having beach access across the property is an huge plus. The hourly shuttles to downtown, as well as the on-call airport shuttle, being part of the amenities, is top-notch! Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely considering going back.

Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there again.

Rented a two bedroom suite for my family. It was clean and perfect for a family stay. The room was clean, and the kids loved the pool. The regular shuttles to and from town and the airport were super convenient, and the resort comped Uber rides when the shuttle was full.
