Excellent condo with great views!

We loved out stay here! The condo was much bigger then we expected, same with the balcony, so much space! This condo is very comfortable and quiet. After dealing with the hustle and bustle of Key West it was nice to have this condo to retreat to! Highly recommended staying here!!!

The property is everything that was promised and more. The view from the balcony was wonderful !! The garden on the property is gorgeous !! We enjoyed our stay there very much. There was a gym and game room and the pool was wonderful !!

A wonderful place for coffee in the morning or just to unwind in the afternoon. The location is off the beaten path of the business of Key West, but close enough to access everything. The management team was very helpful and responsive to any questions.

Terrific condo in great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures and has everything you could need. We used the hot tub one evening and the pool one day and that alone was worth it! About ten minutes by Uber to town, and very close to an awesome beach. The check-in process was a little clunky, but admittedly my own fault. They sent the code to get into the lockbox for the keys to the building and garage door opener, but it came about two days before we left and I missed it. If you look for that email, you should be all set.

Nice place to stay in Key West

We were looking to spend a long weekend in Key West and happened to find this property on VRBO. You can find information about the apartment in the listing (and it is accurate). The pool and hot-tub in the community center were excellent and there is an on-site beachy area. The unit is located on the mid-south side of the island with Smathers beach on one side and a nature conservancy on the other. It's about a 10 min ride to downtown (by car or bicycle). There are three tennis courts, saunas and bike racks on the premises. The unit is dated, but clean. It would be helpful if there was cooking oil and more spices on site. Some of the fitness equipment (common area first floor) needs maintenance. There is a small bodega nearby for necessities, but real food shopping requires a car or taxi ride. Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of towels, extra linens, pillows and blankets.

I thought the property was great - not too far from all of the hustle and bustle but enough that you weren't in the mix of all the nightlife.
