The charming and historical apartment is located on the second floor. Enjoy people-watching at it's finest on the large balcony overlooking Duval St. Unwind in the spacious backyard swimming pool, shared with other guests.

Amazing owner and management. Very responsive and courteous!

We enjoyed 2 months at the Shipwreck Suite during peak winter season in KW. The location is absolutely amazing! When we had some issues with climate control during the really hot days the owner bent over backwards to make sure we and our puppies stayed cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this spot especially for big weekends on Duval with parades or fantasy fest.

Check in and communication was excellent. Issue with the internet was taken seriously and resolved with persistent effort on the part of the host. The proximity to everything was perfect especially if you are looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Duval Street.

Great apartment! Large living area and kitchen. Balcony right on Duval St so great for people watching. Hosts were very responsive to all my questions - over and above responsive. 2nd bedroom in loft was not realistic for us - “ladder-like” access is real. Not good for drunks or old people, or both. lol. Our guests used the pull-out couch to sleep in living room. No problem.
