"The room I paid $1,250 for one night lacked privacy because the window blinds were poorly installed and sloppy. The bathroom had an old bathtub, and the faucets were nearly falling apart. The TV was extremely outdated. I’m very disappointed. I’ve visited Key West many times, and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"The room was okay. The staff was okay. But the pool side was terrible had a jackhammer going at 7:30 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon. Which means I couldn't sleep in on my vacation I was up at 730 with a jackhammer in my Ears. Left 2 days early and they Wood not reimburse me. never go again And will never Recommend this to anyone!!!!"
