"Not the experience I expected from a Premium Resort. It started with the numerous text I received to register with Open Key in order to check in. The App didn’t work. I called the resort for help, got transferred around. It took 4 calls to reach someone to help. They are no longer using Open Key. We arrived around noon, the room wasn’t ready and were told they would text us. Never received a text. Went to the desk at 4pm, they told me to come back because the internet was down for three hours. I asked when, they didn’t know. I had to keep checking back to finally get a room at 5:30pm. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Everyday the beach was covered with sea grass, had to push it aside to get into the water. I prepaid for breakfast, was charged for gratuity for each day. The room was fine, the rest of the resort seemed dirty. We got frustrated with everything and checked out a day early. Book elsewhere, don’t waste your money here!"
