Large and cozy 3BR/3BA corner unit with lots of natural light, located in the desirable Gateway Mountain Lodge, at the entrance to River Run Village. Walking distance to 2 different base areas at Keystone! Enjoy the beautiful views of the ski slopes from 2 separate balconies. Spacious, and beautifully decorated. For your convenience the building offers free Wi-Fi, free underground parking, elevators, ski lockers, and Keystone Shuttle stop at the front entrance. Large dining room with plenty of seating, plus additional seating on bar stools at the bar. Kitchen has newer appliances and fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots/pans, and silverware, etc. Enjoy the new Samsung Smart TV and the Keurig single-serve brewer with a selection of coffees and teas. Washer and Dryer in unit. Conveniently located within walking distance of several good restaurants and shops.

Lots of Activities on site: internet, heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, convenience store, liquor store, full service Aveda day spa, and restaurant with sports on 12 HDTV's and video game area. Ski and board rental next door.

Several restaurants and bars (live music) all walking distance. Lots of shopping close by too.

Property was as listed, some nice updates in the bathrooms and kitchen was very well stocked! We were able to prepare breakfast and lunch each day of our stay, and could have with dinner as well but chose to eat at various great restaurants in the area at night! Host Matthew was very respondent and check in and out was simple!

This place checked all the boxes for our trip. It was close to the slopes.From the time my crew texted me to pick them up and for me to grab my shoes, jacket, and keys and get to where they were, it was 5 mins making it so easy for them to come back to the condo for lunch before heading back out. There were ski rental places all around us including in the same building and right next door. There was a well-stocked convenience store in the same building and a REALLY good cafe. There was also a coffee shop in our building, but we never tried it because the Key rig in our condo was more convenient! The Keystone pedestrian village and scenic gondola were just a short walk or short drive with fun eats and shopping. The condo had PLENTY of linens so if you like lots of blankets and pillows there is plenty to go around. The fireplace is easy to use and adds a neat ambiance. I cooked 3 meals a day and this kitchen was well-stocked! There is a Dutch oven, Ninja blender, and slow cooker to boot. The appliances are no joke either! There is a front loading washer! The view! The view! When I wasn’t cooking, cleaning or running people around, I was on the balcony looking at the mountain! The parking garage was so convenient so we didn’t have to load or unload out in the elements and the valet luggage carts helped so much! We weren’t too far from the City Market in Dillon. My daughter hurt her knee skiing and we could just run there to purchase a knee brace and take her back to the slopes

The location was good and walkable to River run and friends. The shuttle bus was limiting. The condo was spacious and had the right amount for the people who stayed there. I had to clean the kitchen and floors and bedrooms, that was my only major concern. Also the sulfurs in the living room and chair chairs need some repair. The lobby was nice.

We loved staying here for our student ski trip. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Super nice that they had their own washer and dryer in unit. Just a heads up know that parking in the garage is hard to find especially on busy weekends.

It was a nice place. However, I was surprised by the lack of maintenance. The oven door, microwave turntable, and living room lamp were not in the best condition. I understand the need for renters to purchase insurance or pay a deposit, as well as a cleaning fee. However, the floor left our feet dirty if we walked barefoot. I want to emphasize that we had a good time and that we paid a reasonable rate. But if I'm paying extra for insurance and cleaning, I expect the place to be well-maintained and the floor to be clean. I hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Photos do not accurately represent the condo. The third bedroom is a den with a Murphy bed, not a real bedroom. Dated and needs a good cleaning; ceiling fans and dining table light dusty and dirty. Bathrooms were very nice and location is excellent.

Golf weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay during June 6-8. The property was very nice and homey. Sleep accommodations were a little tight but adequate for 10 adults. The pool was closed for maintenance the first night of our stay and we had plans the next day so never made it back to try it out. One thing to note for sleep space planning, the starfire room was really hot the entire stay, we think because of its location next to the utility closet. Would recommend this beautiful condo and Matt was a responsive and gracious host.

Spacious with great views!

Our two families booked this unit for our annual ski trip! The host was very responsive to inquiries and communications! It’s about a 1/2 mile walk to River Run Gondola but there’s also a shuttles 2x an hour. Great restaurants nearby. Plenty of room in this condo for our families to rest, relax and get ready! The pool area could use some maintenance but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it nightly. I would book this unit again!

Perfect Spot for Our Ski Trip

Loved our stay here. Close enough to walk to the gondola, coffeeshop/brewery downstairs along with a small grocery store, and a nice little restaurant/pub the next parking lot over. The condo was perfect....lots of bathrooms make having a group of friends nice and easy. Nice, big well-appointed kitchen as well.

Great place!

I stayed with my husband, mom, and infant daughter for a conference. The property was very nice and we had a great time! Was pleasantly surprised that there was a pack n play in the closet. Highly recommend this property for a large ish group, great value!

Daughters 16th birthday

Wonderful location amazing views of the ski hill. My wife and I hosted my daughter's 16th birthday party/slumber party. We had 9 teenagers along with my wife and I for one night. Everyone had an amazing time and we all slept comfortably. The rental was fully stocked, even with things you wouldn't think it would have. I highly recommend this space if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Fantastic Location, Great Views, Fantastic for Friends or Family

Host was proactive, communicative, and within the app, which is always helpful (compared to the larger rental companies who email / have separate login sites etc). Super easy and informative. Place itself was fantastic. Master bedroom was huge with an attached bathroom. "Bunk room" was the best ever, with 4 beds (but larger than twins), and an attached bathroom. Then the additional murphy bedroom was a little tight with less air flow, but we made it work, and had access to yet another (3rd) bathroom. Kitchen and living areas were open and comfortable, and even had a balcony with a view of the mountain! Highly recommend this rental, which is also in the same building as a market/liquor store, restaurants, coffee shop, and more!

Spacious!!!

This is a wonderful condo with tons of space! The bedrooms are great and the remodeled bathrooms are big! We appreciated that our host was so helpful and responsive. Gateway is a great building with a nice hot tub, and restaurants and a market right downstairs. It's easy to walk to River Run Village and the gondola. We will definitely stay here again!
