“Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! ”

“Great stay. Will likely book again. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans, etc. Minor upkeep items...1.) balcony sliding screen door falls off track easily and 2.) dishwasher tilts forward out of its enclosure when full of dishes.”
