Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit needed some maintenance, but the property management company was responsive and took care of problems within a day. Booking with summit was easy and they were always helpful with my questions.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We were unable to take a warm shower the entire stay- morning or evening didn’t matter. The water was really cold. Other than that, great location, communication, etc!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, but the furnishing were older. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. The water was luke warm at best. After skiing in the cold all day, it would be nice to have HOT water in the shower. I've stayed in several different Silver Mill condo's and most are good. Also, this particular condo faces the main parking lot. The plows will wake you up at 6am everyday. If it wasn't for the lack of hot water, I would have rated it a 4.

Great for our 3 night stay. Didn't cook so can't speak to the kitchen set up but the coffee pot was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants / bars / shops. We were there in July so not as busy as during ski season. Beautiful area!

You can't beat the location with this one :) Overnighter to catch some early skiing. Just needed the check in to list the floors, took a couple of tries to find the floor my room was on 🤦‍♀️
