Comfortable and Convenient

We had a wonderful trip while staying here. It was very conveniently located, and had everything we needed for a family of four. We really enjoyed our stay, this home was comfortable with a beautiful view and very close to town.

A Great Place to Stay!

Kind management, Clean and close to slopes!

So happy with our stay! Not only was the property everything you could want, but the management totally bailed us out when our son locked himself in the bedroom. The kindness extended to us was so appreciated. PLUS the property is perfect.

The only negative was the furniture in the LR has seen better days and needs replacement. There were a couple maintenance items that should be address, hot water in shower was luke warm, celing fans in 1 of the bedrooms didn't work. For over $300 for less than 24 hrs stay, the expectation is not broken recliners, worn out leather couches.

Nice Space, Nice Location, Nice Views, Nice Deal

Overall, we had a nice time at this condo for a quick summer trip to the mountains. The space was perfect with 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, so everyone had privacy and space. WiFi was fast and consistent. My F150 crew cab fit in the garage too, which was a plus. Mountain Views are killer too! Only issue was early construction (7am) at a house just in front of the condo, however, that is out of owner / manager control, so I’ll let it slide. We were up early every day, anyways, so we made the best of it.

Convenient location

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked. Very convenient to Keystone - a shuttle comes by the outside gate (a short walk away) and drops you right at the mountain. We also skied Breckinridge (25 minutes away) and Vail (45 minutes away). The fireplace didn’t work while we were there. The maintenance crew was helpful over the phone but never made it out to fix it. Nice view of the mountains. We would stay again.

Great ski property

Two couples, each with one nine year old son, stayed for a long weekend. Great place with a nice layout. Easiest check-in possible with a few key codes. Checked our skis overnight at River Run Gondola ($7per pair w/ poles) and used the day lockers right there to store boots, all so we could make the short walk over. Clocked at 0.4 miles but seemed like less. Also took the orange line bus one day - both options are good and brief. Great fireplace, comfy beds, kitchen had most everything except only 2 wine glasses. Would enthusiastically stay again.

I’m used to ski in and ski out so the 5-7 minute walk to the ski area was tougher, but very doable!!!!! Did not ever even use the shuttle system. Management was very accessible if there were any issues that came up. Highly recommend this property

Clean, Basic, convenient

Gents weekend of spring skiing. Property is about a 10 minute walk from the lifts (not too different if you parked your car in the nearby lot). It is a 3 minute walk to coffee and some convenience stores. Has a grill, kitchen and plenty of room to have dinner with a group of 8 or more. Garage was nice for us to load and unload. Wish we had a couple more basics in the property (like olive oil, coffee, etc) but that’s not necessarily a fair expectation. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

nake River Village #37 - August '22

Reviewer Comments: Great little Unit in perfect location! Two Families were able to share and enjoy a summer weekend in the mountains. Loved walking distance to Snake River Saloon (one of my fav dinner/bar spots in Keystone) and Steep Coffee. River Run area is walking distance too. Unit was clean and had nice decorations however carpet needs to be replaced, too many permanent stains. Once that happens, then 5 stars across the board.

Keystone Adventures

It was a lovely home. I only gave it a 4 because we were told we could get in at 4:30 and when we arrived housekeeping was still there. We had to wait another 50 minutes to get in. The beds were comfortable except for the twin bunks. The other two bedrooms we had no complaint. The master bedroom gets a lot of morning sun from the upper windows that have no shades or curtains. The neighborhood was very quiet! I would recommend this home to my friends and family!

Kitchen was nice and had almost everything needed for a family of 6 to cook and dine in. There was a minor issues with a ceiling fan which we reported and it was immediatly fixed. We used the community hot tubs twice during our stay, they were in good shape and worked. It was nice and quiet were we stayed, not a bunch of road noise or other noises....good hiking and biking path near by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were dirty and stained. There was a giant brown spot on the bed and no extra sheets. We called for extra sheets and no one showed up. There was water in the tub. It probably was cleaned and the plug left down but still gross. If the place was clean, it would be awesome. We made due and focused on skiing.

Great location, great price, good unit

Pros: Excellent location, close-ish walk to keystone village and either base area. King and queen bedrooms/beds were very comfortable - I personally slept like a a baby. Everything worked as described. Appreciate that the property manager provided humidifiers in every room. It’s a small but important touch. The price is very good for the location and I would definitely rent again. Cons: the most glaring (and maybe the only) issue is the twin beds. It may be more comfortable to sleep on the couch or even the floor. It’s really hard to overstate how bad those beds are, I wouldn’t plan on anyone sleeping on either of the twins. We had a minor cleaning issue with some debris left in a shower but the property manager was very responsive and offered to correct the issue. Nothing more they could have done. Overall would definitely rent here again if they were to swap out the twin mattresses. Great location, great price.

Oktoberfest retreat

Neighboring units all looked to be well taken care of. The garage was a huge bonus. We were very happy with the amount of space and the general layout. The well stocked kitchen and dining area were just perfect for our needs. We had some issues with the living room tv and the streaming speed is definitely slow. We declined the offer of having someone come and look at it as it just wasn't a big deal to us but we were very appreciative of the offer. The balcony was great for relaxing and had a wonderful view. The outside table needs a makeover but it was just fine for our needs. There are a few items that need to be fixed/replaced/updated but nothing unusual for a busy rental unit. We would definitely rent with Summit County Vacation Rentals again and would consider this unit or another one in the same complex.
