2nd stay at this rental!

This was our second stay at this property . It was perfect for our family of 10. There was lots of room to spread out with 2 living areas. The view toward the slopes is beautiful. It has one of the best supplied kitchens of any rental we have stayed in (and that is quite a lot). It would have been nice to be on the bus route.

Qualls Family Keystone Adventure

We were very impressed with our choice of lodging. Not being familiar with the Keystone area and closeness to the ski resort, we were pleased with the location. The house was an amazing place to be for our stay, as it felt like being at home, just in another location. Everything was immaculate and the view out the living room window of the ski slopes was amazing!!

Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location, only a few minutes from the parking lot at keystone; but far enough away to where you had plenty of space and didn't have to fight any crowds. Property management company was very responsive and checked in after we arrived and during our stay. Would stay here again on future trips

Great Place

We enjoyed staying here, very clean, and well appointed. Two refrigerators - great for a large group. Has two heated garage spaces and two additional parking spaces.

Great place for a big family

This property was great for our family of 10. The view toward the slopes was beautiful. We loved having parking for 3 cars and the drive to River Run was easy. It was very roomy and the kids liked having a 2nd living area. Our complaint was that the online photos showed a grill and when we arrived there was no grill and we didn’t receive a call back when we called about it.

Beautiful Home, Disappointing Management

The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and the gas fireplace was a bonus during the snowy days. The beds were a little firm for our taste, one set of linens had fabric pills all over it, and the towels were pretty generic and scratchy--not terrible but I expected better for such a luxurious place. The management company was disappointing: I requested an hour early check-in due to incoming snow but did not get it. I also asked to check out an hour or two late (with 24 hrs notice) due to the 20+" of snow we'd received and roads weren't plowed yet, but was denied again. They said it would take extra long to clean, plus the hot tub would take longer. There were only 3 of us, we didn't use the entire bottom floor nor the hot tub, so that didn't make much sense. According to the reservation calendar they'd had no guests before us nor until 4:30 the day after, so I am not sure why they denied us. I also asked for help raising the blinds on the high windows so we could really enjoy the view, was told they'd get back to me, but no one ever replied. The cleaning crew actually showed up at 9:30 even though we didn't check out until 10, which made it seem like they were making certain we didn't linger. The property itself was incredible but the customer service was terrible.

Beautiful Home with great view of the Mountain

The kitchen was well supplied, and the beds were very comfortable (+1 on the sheets!). The location was perfect, and the view was incredible. Everything about the property itself was wonderful. I really wish I could stop there,But....The "private hot tub" didn't work while we were there. Maintenance came to service it after our arrival. The next day, we went to use it, and the water was cold with no power. I called Maintenance, they said they would get it fixed by the next day. So imagine my surprise when the next day, same problem. I called again, was told they were really busy and would try to get it by the next day. We're now 3 nights into a 4 night stay with no hot tub. So, Maintenance didn't fix the problem when they said they would, and never contacted me to let me know what was going on. I called them twice on separate days with no response other than "we're really slammed". Please address this serious lack of response and communication...we never got to use the hot tub because of it, and it makes me wonder how quickly maintenance would respond for more serious issues like water leaks or lack of heat. I really wanted to leave a perfect review for this wonderful townhouse, but the lack of response from Maintenance after two phone calls is a serious problem for me. I hope that management can correct it for the next customer.

Wonderful Townhome

Perfect for Our Needs

The property was spacious enough for us to gather together (7 adults) but also have individual privacy if desired. Kitchen extremely well equipped for cooking and location was perfect, with beautiful views. Management staff checked in via text to make sure our needs were met. Very satisfied!

Beautiful condo, great location!

We would definitely rent this condo again! Great location, close to food, gas, shopping, & nearby Breckenridge/Dillon/Silverthorne. Hot tub had an incredible view of the slopes. The condo is beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, & plenty of space for our family. Communication with the property management company was great, easy instructions & keyless entry. We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Lots of pros ...the home is beautiful, great views, comfortable beds, great showers, each bedroom is on a different level for maximum privacy. Cons for us was proximity to shuttles and too many stairs (4 levels). Place is well stocked except could use some more silverware. Overall, pros outweighed the cons and we would stay here again.

The only downside for us was the code didn't work to get in the house upon arrival late on a cold night! Also, there is no transportation to the slopes. But we would stay here again, a very sweet spot.
