「I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!」

「The smell in the room is very bad, the sanitation is not clean, the kitchen is very old, the swimming pool is not available, the attitude of the staff is very bad, and the overall feeling is very unhappy」

「This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.」

「Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. 」

「The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bowo who cleaned our room was amazing and Staff dinning room and windjammer we amazing. The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten intolerance with amazing gluten-free food. It would have been easier if there was a list of gluten free breads, English muffin or pancakes some where.」

「Loves the property and especially the staff. Valet group was amazing, great location. We were in the annex across the street and took advantage of the main hotel's offerings. They upgraded us to a massive two room room and only complaint was that the locks for the balcony needed to be secured by maintenance (which they did) , the towels were noticeably old and one of the couches near tv was stained, worn and old but net net rally likes hotel」

「Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!」

「The stay in the hotel was really nice, the only poor thing is a breakfast but can not blame the hotel, breakfasts are terrible in every hotel in America so it seems it’s normal. Not very far from the beach, around 10 min walks through the bridge.」
