「I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city」

「Very beautiful and clean room. Excellent location next to a shopping mall. Loved the sauna and whirlpool!」

「Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.」

「Excellent hotel and very convenient」

「Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.」

「They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work. 」

「The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.」

「Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.」

「clean room, friendly staff, I had everything I needed. Satisfied with my stay」

「It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.」

「I hope the housekeeping able look at the doorplate to know the guests need clean the room or not. And need check the room is enough shampoo and shower gel.」

「舒適但早餐普通，雖位於民居但地點尚算方便」
