"The staff is great, very friendly and helpful specially the concierge UI, but the rooms need a very good renovation. The room smell like mould or wet carpet, the walls have signs of infiltration. A few of the amenities are old tbh. The breakfast it’s okay but could have a better and more options. The location and staff fantastic. But really really think the rooms need some renovation and some investment. "

"This is our go-to hotel in Bangkok! Have stayed at least 5 times! Comfortable beds, great air conditioning! Rooms are spacious and clean. very friendly, helpful staff. Love the pool area! Decent breakfast buffet and it’s nice to have the pool bar and the dining room open again (after Covid). Safe and walkable area close to Terminal 21 and tons of food options. Will definitely be back!"
