Always good to stay here staff always pleasant and helpful bit noisey this time as drunken traveler was a bit loud in room untill early hours but not hotels fault will always stay here when around kohn kaen

Breakfast very limited. Only 2 cereals, and such small portions of cooked food. Decor very nice with wood floors and panelling. Good swimming pool with jacuzzi. Needing transport to shops etc. Staff very polite.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Very clean. But the Aircon was very poor. Could not get mine clod enough for the small room its a bit out of the city but only 10 minuets in a taxi

Amazing Time and Amazing Views

Amazing service and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everything we wanted was taken care of and the facility if top-of-the-line! Beautiful pool, amazing breakfast, wonderful rooms. Highly recommend the garden view room, and the prices of everything was incredible! Felt totally safe the whole time and the whole staff was a pleasure to interact with! Not far from Central Plaza and anywhere else you want to go in Khon Kaen. Will definitely be staying here again!

We have had a peaceful stay at this little resort visiting our Family in Khon Kaen. The property most certainly does not qualify for 5 star experience, but would fall for a convenient 4 star service delivery. Room was comfy. Loved a good size garden patio with table and chairs, a great morning coffee secluded escape. The room's technology gadgets are out of date. TV did not have any international broadcasting channels and USB charging docks. The bed was comfortable. Pitty looking 2 sachets of small instant coffee and coffee creamers daily did not contribute to a promised comfort. Bathroom looked a bit tired, up to a good refresher. Shower was not inviting, electric water heater did not kinda contribute to hot water stream quality.

I liked my stay at this hotel. The property looks new and the rooms as well. The only few problems I had was that the shower was inside the bathtub, and there was no curtains, or wall to stop the water from spraying anywhere. It only had a tiny glass wall that seemed more dangerous than anything. The pool in the property is really good, but I hated that there is a conference room next to it where they can see out from it into the pool. It was really uncomfortable seeing that people can look at you swim. And the last thing is that in order to get to that hotel, you have to go through so many small back alley streets. There is not much around the area, everything else you have to call a taxi to get anywhere. The good thing is that Ton Tann Village market is a few mins driver away as well as the train station.
