“All four of us on our annual girls trip decided this was the best property we have stayed at yet. Cozy, yet spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the little sitting area that looked out at the pond. We were graced with the presence of an Osprey who visited the same branch in the same tree several times day during our entire stay. We named him Oscar. Definitely on our repeat list!”

“The property is in an excellent location right next to the tennis courts and a 10 minute walk from the beach. It's a great value on a beautiful resort.”

“Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again.”

“This property served its purpose well. To be able to walk to the beach in a couple of minutes was fantastic. There’s also a market/Café that we could walk to and we did. I’d list clearly that there are only stairs to each level. Some folks may find that difficult. ”

“My wife and I spent a week on the beautiful island of Kiawah. The condo was great for just the two of us, kitchen allowed for us to cook and prepare our own meals while we were there. Condo was comfortable and well located next to the beach.”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo, and we have had a great experience both times. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need, and we loved sitting on the screen porch with our coffee while watching a heron hunting fish in the marsh below. The beach is a short walk away and the bike trail is right outside the door. Riding bikes is our favorite way to see everything on the island!”
