“The staff was AMAZING! They were very accommodating and pleasant with every request. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Good local and hardware, elevator need to be repaired ASAP”

“酒店不大，一栋小楼，距离机场距离较近，酒店服务员比较热情，服务态度和意识比较好！”

“The hotel is nice and located close to the airport. The staff and the food are great. My only challenge was in the room with the Air Condition was not working. They had to fix it almost every day and I’ll wake up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy. They never switched my room and they never fix the air condition completely. Otherwise, the stay was fine.”

“My room here was HUGE by all standards. A simple yet comfortable bed and reasonably quiet grounds made my stay here pleasant and super comfortable. I actually miss my time here and look forward to returning. The kitchen does have early hours so be prepared to eat an early dinner. I really appreciate the staff accommodating my desire for early breakfast and found it amazing that they really looked out for me with making sure I had breakfast everyday during my stay. “Nice, new hotel with a great restaurant and super friendly staff. There were some minor idiosyncrasies, had the run the shower for a few minutes before the water warmed up, dark curtains didn’t cover the width of the windows…but it was clean and comfortable. ”

“Huge room; very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Wifi was a bit spotty, but that seems to be the norm in most places in Rwanda. ”

The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. Maybe if the AC was mounted on a wall that blew the air on you at night that would have been better (currently it is……

“Stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night, their service is extremely good, nice staffs and very helpful, airport pick up on time always, nice food and restaurant Clean place to stay within Kigali I really recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali Rwanda”

“Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.”
