Enjoy the convenience of this ground floor unit: no pesky stairs to deal with; mere steps from the car to your door. And when you’re ready for a stroll, simply walk out from your living room and past the patio to our immaculate tropical garden. This 818 square foot vacation condo features charming island décor with a flat screen TV, dining area, and sofabed. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a four-range stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, dishware, and cookware. The master bedroom includes a king platform bed and a flat screen TV. For additional comfort, there are two bathrooms.

The seaside town of Kihei is perhaps one of Maui’s most underrated vacation destinations. While many travelers opt for the pricey, mega resorts in Kaanapali and nearby Wailea, Kihei offers a more affordable and diverse Maui experience. Kamaole Sands, located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, is among Kihei’s most highly-rated and popular condo resorts. And for good reason. Along with its beautiful gardens, fountains, and ponds, Kamaole Sands offers a pool area, hot tub, and tennis courts. Check-in time is after 3 PM. Check-out time is before 11 AM.

Our stay was nice. The location was great on the Ground floor but the only updates in the room are new floors. The bed was comfortable and large which was great my only complaint is the appliances and some cleanliness issues. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and there wasn’t enough laundry detergent to last more than a couple days then you had to pay for it. I’m not sure though washer worked all that great. But the communication with the property manager was great and quick. The grounds were kept nice and tidy and maintained well. Walking distance to the beaches and a couple restaurants and shopping. The drive to Wailea and Makena beach was not bad at all.

TV in bedroom didn't work. TV in living room hard to change channels. Both tall lights didn't work. I fixed sliding screen as it was off track. Some garbage left on shelf above washer/dryer. Short cupboard above stove felt greasy on door. Sent email prior to leaving trying to find out if any beach toys etc ...no response back. Was close to shops and easy walking distance. Across road from beach and the grounds were very nice. Pool area was well maintained.
