Maui Kamaole #I-114 Renovated and Upgraded, Full A/C, Across from the beach

This ground floor, ocean-view condo is just a short and convenient walk to Kamaole Beach III and the large community beach park right across the street. The complex itself is filled with tropical landscaping of every variety and is meticulously maintained! Sleeps 4.
Features lacquered wood kitchen bar; lacquered wood bathrooms counters with vessel (bowl) sinks; wood kitchen cabinets and marble countertops. The living room is comfortably furnished with a recliner and swinging chairs nicely pairing with the large flat screen TV. The unit has been tastefully decorated and stocked with just about anything you would need to enjoy your holiday! This one bedroom, two full bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests and with a second "private" lanai, offers a level of privacy not often seen in comparable condos. The full sized washer and dryer will help keep those beach towels cleaned and ready for your next adventure!
One of our favorite aspects of the condo is its location. The unit is setback, away from the S. Kihei Rd. which results in quiet and peaceful atmosphere, however you're still approximately 25 yards away from the swimming pool. Your very own reserved parking stall is located just steps away from the front door, with communal gas BBQ's nearby.
This property features lush tropical landscaping and beautiful ocean views, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs as well as tennis courts. Come and enjoy this luxurious unit that you will remember for years to come!
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

We had a great stay. Our condo was perfect for what we needed and the kids loved the pool...we went to the one furthest from the entrance as it had a more jungle vibe. We didn't have any issues with neighbors..everything went smooth.The inside of the condo was seemingly newly renovated and the grounds of the Condos were great. A/C worked great, though it took a bit to cool down...but definitely worked for our needs. It had kids toys for the beach, beach chairs and a couple coolers. We had a great time.

Check-in was completely seamless and smooth. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more no complaints. The unit was stocked with a great starter kit including everything we needed to get through the first couple of days of our stay. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for the day at the beach without having to go out of our way to rent or buy anything extra. Overall the experience with our stay here was a 10/10!

Great complex, great location, OK unit

The complex is great, and well located and this unit is close to both pools and to the beach. Check in and parking were easy. We have stayed in Maui many times and at Maui Kamole twice, we all like the complex and this unit was clean and well located within Maui Kamole. The unit was dated and is in need of some investment. The AC units are very and loud not making sleeeping unpleasant also under powered for a hot day. They need to be replaced. The small appliaces such as the toaster and the coffee maker are cheap and old, a mish mash of cooking supplies, pots pans and dishes got the job done but we felt like the owners could spend a small amount of money and show they care about a guests experience. Ditto for the 15 year old tvs with that dont have any smart features so you cant get streaming services... its not a big investment and many people watching a show or movie together after a nice day at the beach. The sofa bed was average and it wasnt the newer style that has a full matress, it will work but expect an older child to complain a bit, the young kids wont care or notice. The king bed was hard but tolarable. Showers and bath rooms are average but fine. We will return to Maui and Maui Kamole and if this unit owner cares to invest a little bit of effort and money into the unit we would also consider renting this unit again. If these comments were not addressed then we think you might find better units in the complex for the same price.

10 Days of relaxations

Our stay was lovely. The unit is in a great location, quiet and a bit of a peak a boo view of the ocean. Kitchen was outfitted well, just missing a cheese grater. Living room furniture was great but the hid-a-bed was uncomfortable.(typical for a hid-a-bed) The king bed in the bedroom was firm and comfortable but we found the pillows were too flat. It would have been nice to have an option available of fluffy or flat pillows. Lots of beach equipment available and beach/pool towels too. All in all it was a great unit.

Blissful Getaway

The apartment was perfect for our family. Tidy, cozy, and well equipped for a family of four to enjoy a few meals or relaxing in. Close to the beach, restaurant and shopping in Kihei, and short drives to many excursions. Our kids loved both pools the most. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful, Clean & Homey!

We absolutely loved this place. Clean, it had all the amenities we needed. Loved having the washer & dryer. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the patio off the family room we’d eat dinner every night outside. The location was so nice. We walked to the beach everyday that we could. We snorkeled with turtles at Kamole III, that’s where we watch the sunset. We walked to the shops just down the road. I’d stay here over and over again! It was a great place. Parking was so easy right outside our door. We walked to the upper pool and hot tub every night. The teens loved the hot tub. Everyone working on the premises were friendly. Overall phenomenal!

This one bedroom condo met all our needs and was perfect for two senior citizens. We have stayed in several condos in MK and this was our favorite. We appreciated the easy access- only a few steps from car to condo. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Location excellent- easy walk to either pool in the complex. Beautiful grounds .Will def be looking to book there again!

Perfect getaway!

Super easy booking and checking in! The condo was super clean and very comfortable. We had an issue with a frying pan, we made a phone call and received a new pan within an hour. This condo has it all!! We booked some snorkel and dive excursions out of the Kihei boat ramp and just walked down the sidewalk to the boat. BBQ grills are super close, and beach chairs and towels are in the closet! I highly recommend this condo and we will return!! Thank you for everything!!!

Lovely vacation rental!

My partner and I had a great time in Kihei staying at this condo. It was easy to walk 10-20 mins to a few great beaches & places to eat. Across the street from the harbor for snorkel trips to molokini. The condo had some beach accessories available which were a huge win for us - 2 tommy bahama beach chairs, fins, coolers, noodles. The lanai was great for breakfast and dinner. Little view of the water. Overall loved it! Would stay again!

Beautiful property, lovely unit, great location!!

We stayed at this property the second half of our stay, and oh how I wish we were able to stay here the full time we were in Maui! We loved it! My daughter said "it is soooo beautiful, why didn't we stay here from the beginning!!?!" Modern and up to date yet still gives you the beachy, Maui feel. Clean. Spacious. Perfect location. Nice view from the Lanai. Looking forward to staying here again if it is available!!! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!
