We stayed here at the beginning of April, so it was kinda off season. Pros: Well decorated and clean Extra pillows in the closet, but you'll need to bring extra pillowcases The condo was centrally located to a lot of shops and dining within driving distance and a few things within walking distance The price of the accommodation was good The view is great and the beach access was wonderful. Loved seeing the dolphins swimming by every morning. Beware of all the crabs on the beach at night though, lol. Cons: Walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit with luggage (the luggage valet is only for residents) It smelled a bit musty when we originally entered. After we got settled and dropped the temp, it helped with the smell The bed in the master is a firmer mattress (I prefer softer) The headboards assembly is cheap, so every time you moved, they creak. It could be fixed with stronger bolts and/or shimming them. The ice maker is really loud and scared the crap out of me the first night, but you can turn that off. It would have been nice if they had a little bit of touristy literature for exploring the area. Need to bring: Kitchen rag/sponge and a dish towel and dish soap. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, and cookware. Everything else you will need to provide. Blankets if you think you'll need them Beach towels All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
