The check in process was efficient and easy. The home was beautiful with a spectacular view of the ocean. Pool was nice and was very clean. We will definitely be staying again. The management company was very responsive!

Keys, vacation rental salt spray, five bedroom oceanfront at the Tides

The house itself was beautiful, but when we arrived, we ran into several problem's.1. The code number to enter the property would not open the door had to call case management.2. Had to carry our luggage up to the third floor because the elevator did not operate.3. The next morning we found out heating the house did not work.4. Ceiling fan on the third floor living area did not work for the whole stay.When I went to use the gas grill, it wasn’t in any shape to use. House the great was missing and very dirty.Kees management were great for opening the door called in for the elevator repair and the heating problem. didn’t bother to call them about the ceiling fan or the gas grill condition. Depends onOverall, the house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and we still enjoyed our stay.Patrick Walsh

Horrible Experience

Returned yesterday. For the price you pay, I will recommend looking for another property than spend on this. Layout of the house is different than how you would imagine when you read online description. It is vertically spread out - it was a maze. We reach to only find all main doors open. No need for lock code etc.Read - no security. Bare bones of essential items compared to all the VRBO houses we have stayed in. Not sure where to start- For a house that sleeps 12, first set of toilet rolls was not there. Thank god I brought my own. Two towels per room - if you are coming to a beach house, you definitely need more which was very very frustrating. Most frustrating of all - It was 95 degrees and the fan in the main living room and one of the bedroom on level 2 did not work. No instruction manuals. We called the service desk who said they can’t help until next day. We were miserable. The small coffee table in living room had sand on it from previous tenants. Barely anything available in the kitchen. We heard on fans after 24 hours of our stay then also on phone which was 0 help. The pressure of water in the shower is slow ( really slow)..Check in is 4 pm but the complimentary chairs and umberella get picked at 5, so 0 advantage on day of check in. It says it had gas grill and we planned grilling on day 1 post check in- grill was UNCLEAN. And then we ran out of gas 10 mins into the process. Left with uncooked meats, and unfed kids at that hour. I am disputing full payment.
