Convenient location

The town home is located short drive to the beach and town. We had bikes so we could easy bike to beach, walk I think would be to long especially in hot summer days. I wish the home had little better quality of towels and pillows. The one provided are bare minimum. As a kitchen supply I think they are adequate.

Nice Family Get-Away

The location was near to area attractions and had a nice swimming pool area. There was plenty of space for a family of 7. The unit has fun arcade games in basement. There were alot of stairs which is a challenge for older adults. Unit manager was very accessible. Unit was missing a few key cleaning items to upkeep our stay. Overall, a nice stay.

Great Getaway!

Kees does a great job of making vacation easy and care free! Great amenities and location to the beach. Beautiful and spacious property. Would have given this particular townhouse 5 stars if there was access to the garage to store beach supplies, like some of the other properties here do. Other than that, a wonderful place to stay!

Overall I’d give this like 2.5 stars but you can’t give half stars. We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. It’s a nice home, and it fit our needs, but it definitely could’ve been cleaned better. I actually went and purchased a mop on the first day because the floors were so sticky I couldn’t stand it. One of the bathrooms had like a moldy/fungus-y village forming, and all the air vents were molded over. There was scuffs all over every wall, which in combination with the mold and floors, made it feel dirtier. Every dish we touched needed to be completely washed before use. I’m not like a super clean freak but this was just kind of gross. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed- which, stuff happens so we understood- but the fact that the game room/clubhouse was also closed with no notice of it kind of sucked. We did pick this place based on pool access so that stunk. We will pick somewhere else for next year.

Beautiful property, extremely dirty

The home itself had a beautiful layout and ample space. Unfortunately, upon first step we realized the place was filthy. The kitchen smelled of old seafood and we discovered crab meat and claws under the kitchen drain (there is no garbage disposal). The kitchen cabinets were splashed with old food. All the walls of the home were smeared with hand smudges and marks. The main bedroom smelled of wet dog and there were stains throughout all the carpeted areas. The tv in the 3rd floor bedroom did not function. The air conditioning was either ice cold or completely off. WiFi was not functional upon arrival and management was no help as they said they would call us right back and never did. After 3 hours, we discovered that a breaker switch had blown...we fixed that ourselves. We also ran to the store to purchase cleaning products to clean the place ourselves as best we could. This was such a shame because the home itself seems like a very nice property, just not well managed.
