「The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! 」

「A five star property and staff — some of the best food we’ve ever had traveling, and here it is in the Yorkshire Dales! Friendly, helpful staff to a person, every shift, every position. The historic manor house buildings are beautiful, tastefully updated to allow a glass-walled dining wing that looks out over the rolling green hills. It’s a stunning setting. The bedroom is the only shortcoming. Peer facilities might offer visitors pillows of various stiffness to accommodate different sleepers’...
