Great house great location

The house was awesome and fit our big group very comfortably! It was a great location right on the lake. If I could change one thing it would be that the AC never went below 74 and the property manager didn’t get a chance to address this issue while on the trip, but otherwise it was a fabulous stay

Beautiful Property

It was a great stay for our family of 5, room enough for more family or friends. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Pool was very nice, and we were able to rent a boat and have it delivered to us! Lots of construction still going on, but will be a very nice community!

Guys Weekend

Solid weekend, this allows for easy access to pool, river, and golf. We enjoyed sitting in the pool and watching football, and the early morning view of the river in the morning. Would recommend.

Great Family Vacation

My family of 12 had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful and peaceful well kept home! I would suggest however they put shades on the large expanse of windows in living area for late afternoon sun! Also child security locks leading to balconies and pool area.

Excellent Friendcation!

We had an excellent weekend at this property! Beautiful home, decorated very well, nice furniture and awesome view. Loved that the pool was on the lowest level so that we could keep an eye on the 3 toddlers running around. Kitchen is huge and it was super easy to cook breakfast and dinner for our large group. There is a ton of sleeping room. The beds in the closet got a little stuffy with little circulation but luckily we had brought a fan. We had a great time and would stay here and the area again! Highly recommend renting a boat if staying in this area.

Top notch house with beautiful decor

We went to the lake for a long weekend The house is lovely. Attention to detail is noticed through out the entire home The decor, the dishes, wine glasses, cookware. Each room is beautifully decorated. Beds are so comfortable. It’s the perfect spot for family or larger groups. The communication was top notch. We received a call a few days before to see if we had any needs or request. You will. It be disappointed

Great set up

Lovely new home, everything was in excellent condition and clean. The people that manage the house went way above the norm to make you feel welcome. 5 stars for sure. Couple things to consider when viewing property. The provided boat slip and lift are great. But they are a good walk from the property, it is not right behind the house. Also, if your concerned the pool is small, it is if you have more than a couple adults and a couple kids. But, it’s great. Just take the size into consideration.

Weekend Getaway

The property itself is beautifully maintained and exactly as portrayed in the photos. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. The communication with the management company is perfect. They're very responsive. Our only complaint was the proximity of the neighbors on both sides. We knew from the photos that the units were very close together and that was fine. Unfortunately for us we had some neighbors next to us (so close that you can literally reach out and touch) that were playing very, very loud rap music and partying until after 2 am. That put somewhat of a damper on the trip. Everything else about this unit was great.

Great property with a few hiccups

Amazing property and location. The house feels like a private home with high end finishes and decorations and you feel that the owners really take pride in it. Our stay however was less than perfect because the pool heater was not working and the pool was too cold to swim in since it's shaded. The pool was a big factor in us choosing this property and the only accommodation we got was a refund of the pool heating fee. Also and even though a boat slip was requested with the reservation when it came time to put our boat in the water we found that the designated slip was taken so property management had to find an alternate slip which shortened our boating time. In all, we would probably stay there again but I think some pre-checking inspection by property management would go a long way in getting ahead of issues.

Wonderful lakeside getaway

Fantastic property- new house in an almost-finished marina community. Beautiful sunset views from living room and Master. Gorgeously decorated, well appointed kitchen and stocked with at least a couple of days worth of consumables like paper products/dishwasher detergent/etc. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and thoughtful touches like charging cubes for those of us who always forget wall plugs for our chargers. Location is excellent, floor plan was perfect for the 10 of us (6 adults, 4 kids.) the recent freeze had messed up their pool pump, and we had to work around some repairs but that did not stop us from enjoying the heated pool. The boat slip is a short walk away, and was so convenient we would take the boat out a couple of times a day. Two things to keep in mind for this community (not unique to this property) - Pay attention to the rules regarding parking - there are parking spots around but they are not for your use, and the full-time residents keep an eye on who is parked where and will have you towed. You can only park in the garage and tiny driveway, and all boat trailers have to be left in the lot at the front of the golf community. Put your boat into the water and put the trailer away right away or you will get unwanted attention! (Also - don’t think your trailer will fit in the garage, and you need to get the lock code for the trailer parking area from the management company.) Second, these houses are very close together - this is not a place for loud parties and late night shenanigans! Another rental across the marina from us were “those people” for a couple of nights... don’t be those people, so everyone can enjoy this quiet, lovely community!
