「Thasheca gave clear details about the expectations for entering and leaving the property, how to use the appliances, etc within the apartment, as well as how to find reasonably priced places around town. She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. The contact person/owner was VERY rude in declaring that expectation. As someone who has been using hotels.com for over 10 years (...
