Zania's comfy Place

Welcome to Azania's Place centrally located along one of Kingston's major thoroughfare and only 5 minutes from Half way Tree. My unit provides a good mix of convenience and comfort. A desirable option for business or leisure accommodation while in Kingston. The unit also consists of washing area, 24 hour security, basket ball court, Air condition rooms, Wi-Fi, assigned parking space, gated complex and a private balcony which makes this 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit a must stay while in Kingston.
The space
The apartment is located 5 mins away from Half-Way and 3 mins away from the Boulevard. This beautiful property is on the 3rd floor with a stunning sunset view.

The space is 1 bedroom,living, dining, full kitchen, patio and wash area.

The livingroom looks out on the patio with a view picturesque view.

The kitchen is fully equiped to prepared meals with a stove, oven, blender, microwave,cooking utensils and purified water dispenser.

This apartment is not shared and can accommodate up to 6 persons. A water tank is attached to theapartment in the case that there might be no water on property.
Guest access
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself but the hallway, drive way, basketball court, back yard and terrace area are shared spaces
Other things to note
Guest entry mode is keyless, you will use a code to enter the property. Our security guards works 24/7 to ensure you have a safe enviornment. A 2500 Gallon water tank is accessible with the touch of a light switch. A house phone is provided which allows you to call any network.

Upon arriving at the property, I was unable to access the apartment. The key code would not work. The space was already occupied. I tried reaching out to the contact but no answer. After several attempts I spoke to that actual owner who informed me she did not have a posting
