「The Royalton Resort employee did not explained the benefits offered by Expedia when she placed an Expedia wriist bracelet on. I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason.」

「We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...

「Rooms weren’t always cleaned and restocked daily. We had to ask for certain items like washcloths, water and pop. The floors in our room were sandy. Room service was horrible. It was to be 24 hour. Either when we place an order it never made it or when it did, our burgers were raw. They ran out of food at our resort and beer. We could hear traffic all night. We also had no running water on our last morning there.」

「Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.」
