「The cove was wonderful」

「The Royalton Resort employee did not explained the benefits offered by Expedia when she placed an Expedia wriist bracelet on. I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle...

「Rooms weren’t always cleaned and restocked daily. We had to ask for certain items like washcloths, water and pop. The floors in our room were sandy. Room service was horrible. It was to be 24 hour. Either when we place an order it never made it or when it did, our burgers were raw. They ran out of food at our resort and beer. We could hear traffic all night. We also had no running water on our last morning there.」

「Very nice, easy access, convenient」

「Amazing property with an incredible staff. From the great Michelin rated restaurant, well maintained rooms and facility to the blue, clear water to the fantastic tennis pros this resort is a must see.」

「Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.」

「Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.」

「If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.」

「This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding」

「We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...

「I love this hotel; it's one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Jamaica.」

「The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.」

「The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...
