「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」

「Very nice central hotel. Very modern with lovely finishes. My room was on the ground floor, overlooking a very busy roundabout and public pavement in full view of window, so it was very noisy. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. Stay at breakfast let the score down, as we’d not pre-booked we felt to be an inconvenience to the staff team and asked to stand back while other guest were dealt with. 「When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work.
