Actea Seaview Villas are two luxury villas one next to the other, each with private amenities and facilities! An exclusive member of Holiways Villas, a gem ideal for vacationers who want seclusion and privacy, enough to be away from it all.
Indoor facilities
This blissfully perfect villa features generous indoor and outdoor areas that can host up to 8 guests generously featuring a modern design, a living room, and a dining area on the ground floor, completing this oasis. On the entrance floor, there is the open-plan living accommodation with a living area with a satellite TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped, fitted, and modern kitchen for a morning coffee or a croissant! Even after a busy day gather around the dining table for a delicious feast before enjoying a movie night. A bedroom invites you to get cozy and warm while you rest for the day. When you reach the upper floor you will find 2 modern-designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offering complete autonomy and privacy. All the spaces in it, offer an indelible mark on the visitors heart. Its location provides the perfect shelter for you and your loved ones adequate to enjoy carefree days away from your everyday life.
In the most desirable area of Falassarna, you will find this beautiful villa waiting for you to be in awe of this homes polished design aesthetic. Breathtaking views of the endless blue of the Cretan sea and for the lovers of sunsets is the perfect place to calm down and enjoy the serenity where you wont want to leave the relaxed way of living here. Not to mention, air conditioners are provided in all areas!
On the lower floor, you can also find a large living area with a satellite TV, a bedroom for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a communal bathroom. Last but not least a laundry room with a washer-dryer machine will make your stay easier and keep your clothes clean.
Outdoor facilities
The best part of the residence is the refreshing outdoor private pool where you can have unspoiled moments of relaxation on the sunbeds next to the pool soaking up and enjoying the Cretan sun. For more fun, you can enjoy a ping pong match with your friends and after that, you can have a glass of fine wine or a cocktail in the lounge area. The perfect location of the villa offers proximity to the sandy beach and the crystalline waters. The perfect spot where residents can enjoy optimal habitation and a dazzling view, with a private garden lawn, and dont miss the parking space for your cars.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.
As the villa is located on a hill, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5EUR per night/villa from March to October and 0.5EUR per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid via bank transfer or credit card on booking.

Amazing villa!

This property has everything, both inside and out. We had an amazing vacation and our host was always avalible when needed. perfect service! The only minus is the small road leading up to the house being ”offroad” with a small risk for under the car, but with the right vehicle that is not a problem.
