Exciting attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, LegoLand, Gatorland, Kennedy Space Center and Florida's famous Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches are certainly within reach as well if they are part of your plans.

You'll look forward to quiet mornings, tranquil evenings, and getting to know your family and friends again through the art of reflective relaxation and bonding. The vast, private rear acreage is a great location for family and friend get-togethers and outdoor sports.

Bring your charcoal for BBQ'ing (New Weber BBQ provided) bring the soccer balls, volley balls and nets, footballs, softballs and baseballs! The kids can also spend their days exploring nearby hiking trails or biking.

Scenic landscapes, fruit trees and lush foliage engulf the property; perfect for your little ones’ adventures or for savoring delightful natural views and sounds from the backyard patio and picnic bench.

Spend an evening sitting around the huge stone fireplace telling stories and reminiscing.

The living room is bright, spacious, and modern. Freshly renovated and washed in soothing pastel-colored interiors, it’s complete with rustic, natural wooden accents and fragrant indoor plants. A comfy seating area flanks the huge stone fireplace. Digital nomads can make most of the cozy workspace and have quiet, work-retreats here.

Whip up homemade meals in the professionally designed adjoining kitchen. Open-air and fully functioning, it features stylish white cabinetry and glossy countertops, stainless steel appliances such as a kettle, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, a George Foreman grill, blender, and toaster, all here for your family's use.

Enjoy meals together with family and friends at the spacious dining room table.

The media room is kitted with a huge 72" smart TV, a couch, and windows allowing abundant natural light.

The brightly-lit game room in our converted garage is an ideal spot for indoor fun. It’s equipped with a convertible ping pong / foosball / pool, and air hockey table. A large movie screen is wall mounted for any videos and projectors you'd like to bring along, and colorful bean bags are provided for video game comfort or late-night movies that you bring with you.

The home sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and has a separate in-law apartment!

Suited for kids, bedroom #1 has a twin bed, a full-size bunk bed and a trundle underneath.

Bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed and bath.

Bedroom #3 is the master, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous built-in, tiled jacuzzi.

Bedroom #4 is secluded and separate, and comes with its own entry off the main house. This room is complete with a queen-size bed, and its own en-suite bathroom off the main patio. It truly feels like your own private space away from, but still part of the main house.

A washer/dryer is provided.
Driveway parking is available.

An array of eateries and cafes are within short distance. Take a day off to shop at Florida Mall, Downtown Kissimmee, and The Mall Millenia. A visit to Kissimmee Old Town is a recommended big yes as well.

Plan a day-trip to one of Florida's beautiful Atlantic or Gulf Coast beaches to complete this relaxing stay.
