Great Stay

We had 6 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, and when we did contact the agent about something, they responded immediately. Very good location.

Perfect beach house for large crowd

We had 12 people there for Thanksgiving. The house was very roomy and perfect for all of us. Short walk to the beach and Duck shops

Disappointing

I checked (emailed) ahead of time to be sure pool would be clean and ready for us ~it wasn't. Pool filter was filled with leaves. House was not clean. Dead bugs on floors through the house. Missing screens in windows.All windows were incredibly dirty. Middle deck furniture was dirty. Ice machine wasn't working correctly. No decent broom for cleaning.Furniture ~chairs, couches and table were dirty (crumbs, cup ring marks on glass table). Outside grill was dirty and grease trap was filled. It seems as if we were the first renters of the season. I believe that the cleaning service did the bare minimum (put sheets and towels out and that is all ! The first day we had management out to fix a power issue (they were prompt and friendly). I asked about the pool cleaning and they sent someone out but clearly this person did not clean the filters like they should have as we ended up doing it ourselves. Truly a disappointing experience ! I would NOT recommend this house to anyone !

The location was ideal. We loved walking in the quiet neighborhood. The house was so nice. We loved that some could stay up and play air hockey on the ground floor while others were sleeping or relaxing upstairs. We made some wonderful family memories. The kite light show at Jockey’s Ridge was awesome!

Easy walk to beach

Variety of beds in the bedrooms is great option for two families! The walk to beach was very easy. Kitchen stocked with necessities for cooking and pool snack serving!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay! The house was great! I do wish there were more amenities listed in the description. I didn’t know there was a Keurig, crockpots, or a blender. I brought my Keurig from home. One thing the house REALLY needs is a table for the outside deck. There are no outside tables at all. There are plenty of chairs around the pool. There are toys for children and lots of games. We liked the size and layout of the house and we will be back next year! Hoping they add a table for outside and list it in the description or pictures.

Great family spot

We loved the proximity to the beach and the house was big enough that we all had our own space. Laundry on site was awesome. It was a little chilly when we stayed so the pool was cold, but the hot tub was fun! The house was not super clean when we arrived, and disappointed we had to make the beds ourselves. For the price would be nice to have that piece done. Overall, good location, good amenities and we enjoyed our stay.

spring get together

Overall the property was spacious and convenient. There was plenty of room for everyone. Just a couple of suggestions, there were 4 pillows on every bed but only 2 pillow cases. The tub/shower lacked some safety items such as mats in bathtubs to prevent falls. We bought some and left them there, but they proved invaluable to us, who were all over 75 yrs.
