  • Comfortable and private home-feel-type modern apartment with one bedroom and one bath. Ground floor. Private space and separate entry. Perfect for couples. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air while relaxing or drinking your morning coffee on the back porch. This cozy getaway is nestled among live magnolia, mimosa, and oaks in the heart of the Outer Banks.

    Cozy one-bedroom and one-bath apartment on the ground floor. Private entry and the entire place to yourself. Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network.
    The kitchenette includes the following: Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker.
    Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
    Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
    There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

    We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
    Pet friendly $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs please. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives upstairs.

We had a fantastic introverted Thanksgiving here. Our two dogs loved sniffing around the roses in the garden. The hot tub was much needed on this chilly time of year and the kitchen had everything we needed for our feast.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed a two night stay here, the hot tub is a bonus! Nice firm mattress, cozy kitchenette which allowed us to store, reheat and prepare foods. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well as he had a back yard to explore. Location was ideal for the activities we planned. Overall 10/10!
