「The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent.
Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. 「Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price. 」
