Additionally, a new bedroom with an accent wall, a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace and wet bar, and a cutting-edge 17 seat cinema complete with authentic movie theatre seats, Dolby Digital 5.2 surround sound system, and an impressive 120” screen have been added. Furthermore, the lower level includes a private deck with comfortable sofas and suspended swing seating, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

The kitchen on the upper floor has undergone a full transformation and reconfiguration to create an open, more familial atmosphere. Equipped with new black stainless-steel appliances and sink, fresh cabinets, and countertops, this kitchen is a blend of functionality and style.
