"This was the perfect mountain home for my family to stay at for our summer vacation to Grand Lake. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals and there was plenty of space for our family of 9 to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. We spent lots of time on the deck, ate all our meals at the outside table and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock in the trees! I loved watching the hummingbirds in the morning at the feeder on the deck! We saw lots of wildlife and the close proximity to RMNP was great! Megan was a perfect host and we would definitely stay there again. Grand Lake is also a very cute mountain town, more laid back than Estes Park and it was so nice to be close to town to pop in and get coffee and pastries in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. There are also plenty of restaurants in case you don't feel like cooking! The lake is also great for water sports. We did kayaking and paddle boarding, hiking in RMNP and horseback riding at a local stable. There is so much to do in the area and it was so nice to come back to a peaceful and welcoming home."

"This property was exactly what we needed and wanted. We weren’t at the townhouse very often. We hiked in the Rocky Mountain National Park (just 10 minutes from the property) most of the time. However, when we were there it was excellent. The hot tub and jetted bathtub are the perfect way to ease sore muscles after hiking. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook and spacious. The gas grill is perfect for grilling steaks and hamburgers. The views while cooking out on the grill were amazing. There are several places to eat (breakfast bar, dining table, and outside on the deck). The furniture in the living room was comfortable. The dvds and games were great. My kids really enjoyed the selection. The books in the living room were nice. The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. The decor was great. It made us feel at home. Very quiet. Very clean. Our host Maureen was very kind. The binder she left had great instructions and information. She always responded quickly. We’d gladly stay here again and would recommend to family and friends."

"Beautiful lodge perfect for our large family gathering— each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and laundry access. Extremely well-appointed, amazing views, so much to do in the area, and a welcoming home base to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains. Would happily stay again. While expensive, it was worth it!"
