Staff was efficient and friendly.
The room was disgusting. As an example, in our non-smoking room, the bedspread had six cigarette holes in it.
The AC had a bad smell, and the bathroom was so gross - run down, rusty, moldy shower curtain, punch holes in the door, etc.
I booked a room with a king sized bed but none were available. They advertise a continental breakfast but there is no breakfast. I've stayed down the street but this place is much worse for road noise.
The room was clean and had plenty of hot water in the shower. The wireless was a little slow but adequate.
Clean decent room for the price, frint desk staff was welcoming and helpful, I would consider staying again if the needs arises

Pros- the woman at the front desk was very nice and the hotel is fairly close to the stadium so that was nice. The price was decent, comparatively (it was a Tn/Alabama weekend)
Cons-there is a large homeless population around that intersection and it appeared as though a couple of them were doing drugs on the stairs near our room both days. They didn’t bother us but I was uncomfortable. The room did not feel clean, (there was dust on the lamps, floors looked dirty, stains on the mattress covers).
We will not stay there again.
Woman at the front desk was nice but 1. Room was definitely not nonsmoking. It reeked of smoke. There was a serious mold problem in the corner. Water was dripping from the ceiling. The carpet was was nasty dirty. Walking barefoot left muddy foot prints when I stepped in the tub. A "Pet Friendly" hotel but the grassy area for the dogs was full of garbage. Neither the Hotel or Hotels.com would give a rfund (despite the "Good" rating)
Dirty Dirty and yes Dirty with the strong smell of cigarette smoke with holes in comforter and covers so glad I had my own bedding definitely a place to crash in desperate times
Horrible smell, dirty, black mold, busted tv, stains on the bedding, bugs in the room. This place was horrible I have never had such a bad experience before. Stay away.
I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The manager of the Econo Lodge did not honor our reservation. We would like our money refunded. I believe he sold our room to someone else and passed it off as a plumbing problem. We were never contacted. Instead, we were forced to drive home with no sleep.
The staff was very friendly but the room was horrible. The AC had been turned off, so the room had a horrible smell when we opened the door. The floors were also dirty
