We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for UT graduation and had several folks joining us from out of town. Plenty of space for everyone.

overall the property was wonderful. Some cleaning issues in the bedrooms and kitchen but overall a great place to stay. The host was very nice to work with and made some last minute changes for us without a problem. Would stay there again.

Quick trip to Knox

Great stay, the house is massive with a ton of space and a super vast backyard. It was just myself and an old college friend but this house could definitely hold a family, or 2! Comfy beds as well

Great Hime

One of my best experiences. Location was quiet and the property was clean and very relaxing. I would recommend the property to anyone. I plan to stay again soon. Secluded, but close to downtown and the UT campus and medical center.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 70th birthdays. The house was comfortable. Thank you for having good pots and pans to cook with. Our only request would have been to replace the broken umbrella on the top deck. One of us has skin cancer and needed to be in the shade on the warm days.

The property was not cleaned to our expectation. There was trash in the cans. Dead spiders in the downstairs area. The dryer lint vent was full.the attached photos were sent to the owner, without resolve. The last night of our stay the electricity went out, we notified the owner and did not get a response regarding securing the property or location of emergency supplies.

Grand Common Area

The common area consisting of the kitchen, dining table section, and sofa zone was spacious, well-designed, and highly functional for our group. We were challenged with navigating the wi-fi because there appeared to be a logon limit of devices. The eight of us could not be on his/her phone at the same time. The pics do not capture the steps leading from the front door to the top level or the bottom level. The house description should be updated to indicate this is a split-level home. The pics do not adequately capture how close the house is to the road. Because the front yard has a large upward slope, the traffic noise was not an issue. Be advised to bring toilet paper and garbage bags your first night. We planned to go to the grocery the next day after all of the out-of-town guests arrived but updated our plans upon seeing only partial rolls in the three baths. Of significance to us was the lack of any extra trash bags beyond the single one in the kitchen trash can. Be aware that the kitchen stove top is an induction cooktop. If you choose to bring your first night dinner in a pot, be sure it works on an induction cooktop! The convection oven worked well for our holiday turkey. The coffee maker was a Keurig. The large Smart TV in the den was delightful. The heat worked well especially for my elderly mother. We had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. My adult children enjoyed having a separate downstairs for sleeping. We look for great common space for trips; this delivered.
