Room with open air Onsen we stayed was very spacious, clean, comfortable. Open air Onsen was beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed very much. Dinner was phenomenal, and the breakfast was delicious as well. Hospitality was just beyond my expectations. We highly recommend this place. "

"Everything is good except two: Dinner is all fully booked. Need to reserve before you arrive. Also, the returning shuttle requires phone booking. And they don’t come as said on every hour at 20:40 min. "

"Its a typical traditional onsen ryokan with exceptionally focus on customer service. Only gripe would be you either need a local number or go to the tourist center to request for shuttle service"
