「Although there was no reception in this apartment, the property manager arranged everything very well before my arrival. So everything was very smooth and well-prepared. The minor thing is it would be perfect if clothes hangers could be provided. Its location is very good, close to the metro station and most of the scenic spots are in walking distance. I must book this apartment again when I go to Prague next time.」

「The front desk staff, Mr. Hamdin, was wonderful. He’s always helpful and warm. I really enjoyed the 5 nights stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The only thing is bathroom shower water output from the faucet is not large enough. Location is perfectly convenient. Just to remind who’s driving over that valet parking fee is not cheap. Breakfast is nice and fresh. 」

「The shower went wrong so we can’t take shower, and also the bed is not smooth. But fortunately, the host replied us at midnight and help us to fix problems, the staff is kind and helpful also. Perfect location and full facilities!! The apartment has 24H security, good! 位置很好，去哪裡都方便，要注意沒有reception，直接進去酒吧問就對了，一開始找很久找不到，住宿的地方有24小時警衛不錯，不過房間有些東西出問題不能用、床也不平，但房東很熱心解決問題～ 喜歡有廚房、大房間的 推推！」

「My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom Mezzanine apartment. It was spotless, lovely, & spacious. The kitchen was stocked with a Nespresso maker, toaster, stovetop, under the counter refrigerator & dishwasher. There is a washing machine & iron also. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was great, about an 8-10 minute walk to Old Towne. The property is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the central train station and 20 minute Uber ride to the airport. We highly recommended and would...

「Hôtel très proche des différents lieux touristiques. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La possibilité du transfert depuis et vers l’aéroport est appréciable (environ 35 euros par véhicule). Le personnel est souriant et à votre écoute 」
