My room is so small that it cannot house two regular check-in luggage. Things are broken and tops and ledges are slanting in my room. Can't place anything on them. “一到房間就發現是兩張單人床，不過因為在訂房時，有要求要一大床。反應給飯店後，飯店馬上就更換給我。早餐採自助選擇，擺設出來的種類是我目前看過最多的，最主要的熱食也提供了好幾種。令人遺憾的是，晚上因為暖氣系統關閉，下去櫃檯反應，櫃檯說會處理。結果在房間裡等了三十分鐘，還是沒有暖氣，只好再下去櫃檯講，聽取問題的人員還是同一位。感覺上服務人員處理問題的熱忱並不夠。”
